Sticha has also to help users to include stretching habits during their day-to-day routine, for example, by taking small breaks during the day to make some important stretching exercises that are going to keep them healthier, release tension and increase energy.
The app has to provide not only a step by step stretching instructions but it has also to allow users to create their own to-do lists for different periods of the day, depending on their needs and time availability, what would allow the users to keep their body stretching routine (daily basis) since the app has an agenda and users can set an alarm for each activity scheduled. Sticha App also includes some other features such as music for relaxing and chill. They can listen to the playlist during their daily activities and also while doing their stretching/breathing exercises.
