Project Description
Air Canada & Aeroplan Design Sprint
LOW & HGH FIDELITY PROTOTYPES & USABILITY TESTS
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
ABOUT:
This project was developed as part of the User Experience Diploma Bootcamp at BrainStation. It is a result of a four-day Design sprint partnered with Air Canada and elaborated by a great team of UX design students at BrainStation. Each team had an Air Canada mentor to support them throughout the Sprint process.
OBJECTIVE:
The Air Canada designers team provided us an overview of the design sprint and gave us a real problem they currently have been exploring.
Some of our learning objectives were:
- Collaborate with team members towards the creation of a meaningful design intervention
- Design, prototype and test a compelling digital interaction that responds to the problem space and,
- Create and deliver a concise presentation summarizing our process and value proposition

THE TEAM:
- Chantal Adolphe – Head Writer
- Leonardo Bocale – Head Asset Collector
- Silvia Figueira – Head Maker
- Vanessa Ratjen – Head Stitcher
PROBLEM SPACE
With Covid-19 being an ever present part of our day-to-day lives, the idea of travel can feel farther and farther away. Thus, travel-focused incentive programs naturally fall off of the radar.
Using existing program perks, benefits, and products, how might we get more members engaging with the Aeroplan website and mobile app every day?
